It can be a real challenge finding time to workout. We all know it is best for us to keep moving, and take care of our bodies, but life can sometimes make it challenging. Along with finding the time, we can experience burnout that comes from doing the same activities day after day. I know this feeling all too well!
I stumbled upon an article the other day showcasing a workout that definitely caught my eye, and I tried it this morning, and loved it!
The details are below, and it only takes about 20 – 25 minutes. I was able to complete the entire workout at home using a yoga mat (for the planks, push-ups, and abdominal sections), and a step stool for the step-ups and tricep dips. This is a workout you can do from anywhere, and you don’t need special equipment!
